  9.      Administrator: Dave Calmer
  10.      The chief administrative position in the network is responsible for the
  11.      overall direction of the network. The Administrator determines the mem-
  12.      bership of the network staff. This is the only position responsible for
  13.      determining Net Staff membership. It's also the Administrators function
  14.      to "keep track" of the information for the Network Nodelist and keep it
  15.      current.  Regionals and hubs who approve new members must pass nodelist
  16.      information to the Administrator in the Regionals [only] conference. As
  17.      information contained is private in nature  it must not be displayed or
  18.      transmitted in a public forum, regardless if R/O or not.

  20.      Co-Administrator: Gordon Lincoln
  21.      As Co-administrator, this position carries as much weight,  with regard
  22.      to decisions  concerning the network,  as the Administrator.  While the
  23.      Administrator still has a `final word' power, the Co-Administrator role
  24.      is empowered to make network related decisions without seeking any type
  25.      of pre-authorization.  He is also responsible for project coordination,
  26.      quality control, and in case of `absence' by the Administrator, he will
  27.      serve as Administrator during this absence.

  29.      Chief Moderator: Rod Wardlow
  30.      Moderators will go to the "CM" first for assistance with any conference
  31.      related problems. The "CM" is also the Moderator of all the Moderators.
  32.      This key position will also be responsible for  the initial attempts at
  33.      any dispute settlements although the final administrative decisions may
  34.      be determined by the Administration or Assistant Administrator.

  36.      Conference Coordinator: David Bucci
  37.      Responsible for taking suggestions for conference additions, deletions,
  38.      etc.,  monitors interest of proposals  and updates the conference list.
  39.      Conference "deletion/approvals" are subject to Administration approval.
  40.      The conference list is to be forwarded to the IN Basket Chief Editor on
  41.      a timely basis. The Conference Coordinator may assign assistants to aid
  42.      in the monitoring of conferences.

  44.      In Basket Chief Editor: Dave Calmer
  45.      Coordinates the "Intelec Network Distribution File"  (IN-yymm.ZIP)  for
  46.      timely monthly distribution, compiles "monthly newsletter" (IN Basket).
  47.      The Chief Editor also assigns assistants  to aid in the distribution of
  48.      the Network Distribution File or Monthly Newsletter.

  50.      Network Statistician: Bob Gibbons
  51.      Compile net/conference information, etc for inclusion in the IN Basket.

  53.      Network Marketing: David Shapiro
  54.      Coordinate Callers Digest or other Ads that the network is involved in.

  56.      Network News Reporter: Barry Martin
  57.      Gather news from around the network for inclusion in the IN Basket.
